I went ahead and created a new thread for your issue so we can dig into it a bit more. When you have a moment, could you share a few more details about what you’re experiencing? That will help us narrow things down:
How are you connecting in your car (Bluetooth, Android Auto, USB, etc.)?
What’s the make and model of your vehicle?
When you say it won’t “sync,” what exactly happens? For example:
Does Pandora not show up on your car display?
Does it connect but not play audio?
Does it disconnect or stop playing after connecting?
Are you seeing any error messages on your phone or car screen? If yes, can you tell me exactly what it says.
Lastly, feel free to share a photo of what you're seeing in your car when you run into trouble. You can include pictures through a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include a picture though email.
