@Keifer Nice to see you around the community. I took a look at your account and can see you are currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Google Play. The ability to create custom playlists is only a feature when upgraded to Pandora Premium. If you'd like to upgrade to Premium to gain access to custom playlists, you can do so on your Android device with the following steps: Open the Pandora app and sign in, if prompted.
