Are you seeing any error messages when trying to play Pandora through Sonos? If so, what exactly do they say?
Are you unable to add your Pandora account to Sonos, or is your account already connected but music won't play?
Does Pandora work normally when you listen directly through the Pandora app or website?
Did this just start happening?

In the meantime, here is some troubleshooting steps you can try to see if they will improve your experience.
Check for updates to both the Sonos and Pandora apps through your device's app store.
In the Sonos app, go to More > Settings > Check for Updates and install any available firmware updates.
Once any updates are installed, restart your Sonos device and try Pandora again.
If the issue persists, please sign out and then sign back in on your Sonos device to establish a fresh connection with Pandora.
