I took a look at your Pandora account associated with your Pandora Community profile and can confirm that you signed up for an annual subscription to Pandora Plus. Since you haven't previously tried Pandora Plus, your subscription started with a 30-day free trial. The message on your receipt is letting you know when that trial period will end. Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically transition to the annual Pandora Plus subscription you selected, and you'll be billed for the annual subscription at that time.
