Wont play sound

I have been having struggles trying to get my music to play sound but it won’t play sound I have checked the volume and it is not muted and I have tried to close the app and reopen it and even tried to restart my phone and it won’t work I have also tried to play it on all of my devices and it still won’t play any sound.
