Hi Pandora Team,
I use an Amazfit watch and noticed that Pandora is available on Google Pixel Watch and Apple Watch, but unfortunately not on Amazfit devices. My friends and I, along with many other Amazfit users, would greatly appreciate having Pandora support on the Zepp app. For example, I often listen to music during my daily runs and workouts, and it would be incredibly convenient to control Pandora directly from my Amazfit watch, just like my friends do with their Pixel and Apple Watches.
Amazfit has a large user base, with over 42 million daily active users. Adding Pandora support would mean a lot to us. Since you already support other wearable platforms, I hope you can use your existing code to bring Pandora to the Zepp app.
Pandora already supports many devices and platforms with far fewer users, such as Sonos speakers (~14 million users), Garmin wearables (~10 million users), and Bose SoundTouch speakers (well under 42 million users). Clearly, a large user base isn’t a barrier for Pandora integration. With 42 million daily active Amazfit users, there is more than enough demand to justify bringing Pandora support to the Zepp app.
One thing I’ve always appreciated about Pandora is how widely available your app is—for example, you still support the old Sony Entertainment System smart TVs, even though that platform was discontinued in 2015. That commitment to accessibility is why I’m reaching out.
Thank you for considering this request. I believe that bringing Pandora to Amazfit would benefit both users and Pandora by expanding your reach to a passionate and active community. I hope Pandora can bring support to Amazfit devices in the near future.
