In my case it was caused by Maximum Devices Enabled for Downloads, but they haven't added the ability to delete others to the android app yet. This will hopefully get fixed one day. I removed all devices from chrome in windows 10, fixed my issue.

I have this same issue. Any station with comedy in it won't download, same with downloading individual comedy items. Due to copywrite law or something. So if your station contains stuff that can't be downloaded individually, the entire station won't even start to download in my experience.

Otis led me to the answer on my s10 android 11 phone. All I had to do was log into pandora on windows 10 in chrome, go to settings and click Log out of all other devices. After doing that, the downloads started back up. I may have also turned off and on the downloads on android as well to reset. Since they don't tell you you have too many devices in android, it was impossible to debug and I didn't know about too many devices until Otis pointed it out.

I tried updating to premium to see if that would fix the same issue as otis, I can download individual songs but not stations still. s10 android 11. All I want to do is download my stations so I can listen to them on an airplane. I have had three trips now I couldn't do that.

I just get the circle with 2 arrows and the stations never downloads. I can download individual albums and songs, but I am much more interested in getting the variety stations provide, not to listen to particular albums, I can do that with my 20 year old MP3 player all day long.

I upgraded to Premium, I can download individual songs, but not stations. Please fix this. I mean I have an S10 with Android 11. This is a pretty standard setup.

I am having the exact same issue. I recently noticed that permissions for storage had been turned off due to inactivity, however turning storage permissions back on did not fix the issue even after trying everything again. I also noticed when I tell it to not autoplay on start it turns that back on every time, might be related. I am so looking forward to being able to use Pandora offline again, it has been quite some time. We listen to Pandora on Alexa as well and my wife adds a bunch of stations I have to keep deleting that might have something to do with it, not sure.

I think I found the root of the problem, by default android 11 removes permissions from apps after a while. I try to turn back on storage, but it only give me the option to turn on for media only, not everything. How do I make it ask for all permissions again, tried reinstalling, all permissions were turned off again.

I have had issues with pandora downloading offline stations for a while. I used to get 1 station, now nothing ever downloads. I have tried turning off offline and back on as well as uninstalling. Nothing seems to work. Tried deleting data.
