What is the make and model of your phone?
What model is your Honda?
Do you have the option to connect to your car using a USB cable? If so, could you give that a try and let me know if the same issue occurs? (This will help us determine if it's a Bluetooth only problem.)
Additionally, if you’re able to, please share a photo of what you’re seeing when this happens. You can upload images directly through a web or mobile browser, attachments aren’t supported via email replies.
