They just don't seem to care, I've been complaining about this for over 2 years and they don't seem to have any idea. It did it yesterday on Pink Floyd Animals on tracks Dogs track 2, Pigs (Three Different Ones) track 3 and Sheep track 4. Then it did it on Porcupine Tree Anesthetize Live, Anesthetize track 4. You need to understand that it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the track but the length of the track. If the track is over 10 minutes long it's probably going to do it. Anywhere from around one third to one half of the track it will just start the track over. I then forward to the spot it did it and the rest of the track plays. If I don't do anything the song plays to that spot and starts over and it keeps doing it until I click on the time bar then the track plays to the end. It's hard to understand with as many people that are having the issue that you can't seem to get a handle on it. It's almost like you don't care. Another user responded to this email with the same complaint and they are now so frustrated that they are looking for a different service and I'm closer thatn I've ever been to switching as well. Please fix this! It has nothing to do with any cache or settings! I've been suffering with this for over a year now. I've done all the troubleshooting you've suggested with no resolution. That was on Windows 10. I've recently setup a new PC with Windows 11. I installed Pandora first thing and it started playing a long track over and over within minutes. It's so frustrating that I'm thinking about trying Spotify again and that's sad because other than this, Pandora is much better. It doesn't do it on all long tracks and it doesn't even to it all the time on the same track. The Android or Roku apps don't do it. This has been happening for months on Windows 10. I contacted support and did all troubleshooting steps with no success. I set up a new Windows 11 PC, installed Pandora first thing and it happened within minutes so it can't be a cache issue like you keep trying to blame it on and is still happening. I can't understand with all the people having the issue that you can't provide a solution. It only seems to happen on songs longer than 5 minutes. The song will just start over without warning or error and the song will keep starting over and over and over until I click on the time bar. The odd thing about that is I can click on the same spot it starts over from and the song with finish. It is so frustrating that I'm thinking about abandoning Pandora.
