Thank you! It didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. My other issue that went un-addressed was endless buffering. Years of frustration and lack of acknowledgement from Pandora prompted my move to Spotify. Spotify doesn’t lock me out with buffering errors and offers user data downloads.

I’ve discovered that when endless buffering happens, I can change playlist/station and sometimes the new selection plays. It may be worth a try…

I would like access to my data. I’m not asking for the music itself, but I would like access to the details of the music I’ve selected and saved. Artist names, song names, the dates they were added, etc. I would like to expert this data as a CSV or a JSON file so I can import it into excel or Tableau. Thank you for your consideration. I’m happy to pay more to license both my sonos and my phone. That way I won’t be riddled with frustration when I forget to pause pandora as I leave the house. Is this an option you can provide?

Apple car play stops after each song. Please help. This is not only frustrating, but distracted driving... I frequently get locked out of my music with a buffering message. Is there some way I can avoid this? It’s incredibly frustrating. mod edit: format

I use sonos at home with my pandora account. When I leave the house I like to use Pandora in the car. However... Unless I remember to stop Pandora on my sonos system (which never happens) I get continual error messages saying “someone else is listening to your pandora account” To bypass the message I have to open the pandora app and clear the error. I like to observe the hands-free laws and I find it incredibly frustrating. Please help.
