Hi Adam, Thanks for the reply. I am well aware of the single stream requirement, and can assure you that I'm not trying to stream simultaneously from multiple devices. I also had changed my password to a google-suggested strong password, so doubt anyone but myself is using my account. This is exactly what happened: -Yesterday morning I started Pandora on my laptop; played for a couple of hours with no problem -Paused Pandora on my laptop and closed laptop cover putting laptop to sleep -Played Pandora in my car via cell phone-Android Auto for 15 minutes with no problem -Tried to play Pandora on my cell phone-headphones when out hiking; this is when message kept coming up. Sometimes 20 minutes would go by without a message, other times it kept popping up. I also play Pandora via my WiiM system, but that has been stopped for a couple of days, and if that were playing, I would keep getting the message come up on my laptop, and that has been playing without a problem for several hours... correct? I've had this problem many times in the past, and it is very frustrating. It would be very helpful if there was a way for the user to diagnose the issue by seeing a list of Pandora clients (e.g. IP addresses) that Pandora thinks are streaming. Then I could see if it thinks one of my devices is streaming, or from somewhere else. Is this something you can do and send me the results? Are you a Pandora employee? Thanks
