Hi @CJ1215  Welcome to community! Could you tell me a little more about your experience: Make and model: Does the Pandora load? If Pandora loads, does it appear to play music, but no sound? In the meantime, I recommend power cycling your TV by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes. Then plugging it back in and trying once more.  Thanks for the details! ... View more
