If you're using a mobile or tablet device, you'll be able to listen to the Pandora app (not the browser). If you attempt to listen from the browser, you'll be redirected to the Pandora app. If you're using a computer, you have the option of listening from your web browser or the Pandora Desktop application. If you're using an in-home device (ex. TV, Roku), you'll listen from the Pandora app on that device.
