So if you check my listening stats, apparently my favorite albums I've heard this year are The Boss by Diana Ross and Niice N' Wiild by Chuckii Booker. I swear I still try to keep up, though. According to my collection, here are some of the 2019 albums I have refused to let go of. I haven't given all of these the attention they deserve but I either love them already, or have heard them and want to get to know them better. Big Thief, UFOF Bill Callahan, Shepherd in a Sheepskin Vest black midi, Schlagenheim Bon Iver, i,i CHAI, PUNK Mega Bog, Dolphine Oren Ambarchi, Simian Angel Prince, Originals (of course) Pure Bathing Culture, Night Pass Rozi Plain, What a Boost Stephen Steinbrink, Utopia Teased Thom Yorke, ANIMA Vampire Weekend, Father of the Bride Various Artists, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Oga's Cantina: R3X's Playlist #1 (obligatory Disneyland-related item) Honorable mention -- though the album it's on didn't stick with me as a whole, my favorite song of the year so far is "Curls" by Bibio.
