Thanks for posting about this. Sounds like you've already tried resetting the app data from your end. I would recommend uninstalling / reinstalling to see if that helps.
To uninstall and reinstall the app:
Close the Pandora app.
Open a new Finder window.
Click on Applications.
Find the Pandora app and drag it to the Trash bin.
Right click the Trash bin and select Empty Trash.
Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
*Minimum System Requirements: Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite or later.
