I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Chrome Troubleshooting
If that does not resolve the issue, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
Does the ad appear and not play? Or does it play, however when it finishes, your Premium Access session never starts?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
