I've been a customer for over 15 years. Pandora is becoming unusable due to these connection issues. The net code you're using for the app refuses to wait to establish connection not only when switching from wifi to cellular data, but even BETWEEN CELL TOWERS now. If I switch from 5G to 4GLTE? Offline. Minor interruption in connection to the 5G network between towers? Offline mode. Makes it dangerous to use pandora in the car, as I constantly have to open the app and switch back to online. Hi @michelechicago Thanks for the follow up! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Offline Mode. Can you tell me more about when you try to manually turn on Offline Mode. Does the app immediately go back into online? Do you only have trouble with switching to Offline Mode while connected to your car or outside of your car too? Have you tried any troubleshooting before reaching out, like uninstalling/ reinstalling the app? I looked a little closer at your account and see a new Android connection back in early November.
