Hi @Slm4444 , welcome to the Pandora Community! It looks like your post is related to the issue described here, so you might check out this thread: iOS: Buffering on WiFi and Cellular. It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting steps. I can also recommend toggling the cellular network.
Go to your iPhone Settings.
Tap on Cellular, then toggle Cellular Data off and back on.
Finally, scroll down in Cellular Data section and toggle the Pandora app off and back on.
