@Popelina0915 Nice to see you around the Community. 👋🏽 Unfortunately, we can't manage this directly on our end as we don't have access to the Apple billing system. You'll first need to contact the Apple support team for help canceling your current subscription through their service. Once you start hearing ads on your account, you can then upgrade to Pandora Premium directly through the Pandora website with a credit card or PayPal account. Hope this helps! ... View more
