Hi Ljones3 - Not sure if this will help or not. I listen to Pandora on my iOS device and my Element non-Smart TV 🙂 and recently experienced the TV App (Amazon Firestick) had no sound. The Phone app worked fine. Did an IT Support 101 step and signed out of the TV App and signed back in. When I chose 'Sign In' it immediately gave me directions to activate on the mobile app. Took about 5 seconds and I was back in business. Hope this helps! Stay safe and have a great day
