@AlyssaPandora Hi, yeah have 1912.1 installed and continue to experience the exact same experience as my OP and video submitted.  Get the green circle arrow but they do not rotate indicating its actually downloading, they stay this way indefinitely...instead of rotating, indicating an actual download with the down arrow upon completion. ...
