Are you trying to listen to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?  Are you having trouble starting to play the music? Does it start but then stop? Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off? Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
