Hi @carterjuanita76  Welcome to the Community! I just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly, are you trying to delete a different Pandora account that’s under another email address? If so, you’ll first want to sign out of the account you’re currently logged into: Profile > Settings > Scroll down to the bottom > Sign Out Then sign back in using the email address and password for the account you’d like to delete. Before deleting the account, please double-check that you’re logged into the correct one. And if that account has an active paid subscription, be sure to cancel it first , deleting an account doesn’t automatically cancel the subscription.
