I have a Android Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and I’ve just now discovered that while in the Pandora app, I no longer see my Playlists or Collected Albums (but my Collected Stations ARE visible) While on my PC or Roku EVERYTHING shows (as normal). With my phone, I’ve deleted both the cache and data and rebooted the phone and they still don’t show. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the Pandora app and that still didn’t fix it. Any Help Will Be Greatly Appreciated Thanks

I have found that when using the Pandora App on my Amazon Fire TV (not the stick). Whenever I'm listening to an album or playlist I have no way to manually change the songs. The cursor will move to whatever I want but it won't select the different songs to play. I also have a Roku and the Pandora App works fine on it.
On the Fire TV, I've deleted the Pandora App and reinstalled it and it still wont let me change songs.
Any ideas?

Let the engenering team know that I just checked My Amazon Fire TV App and its working as it should, but then.... this is with my new fast speed modem..... (didn't check it prior to my modem upgrade). But Pandora is still working good also on my PC which leads me to believe that this problem I had with it not playing on my PC was possibly caused by a slow WiFi modem speed.... but I'm not sure, but for now, I know that with the high speed, Pandora is working (and I'm happy). You might want to mention the modem speed as a possible solution to others that are having the same problem. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me...... TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS...... 1- It would initially load playing a song from whatever I was last listening to on my cell and thats fine. But when on my PC, whenever I would select ANYTHING else (saved Album, Station or Playlist) it would play only for 1-2 seconds then stop with the indicators still showing music was playing; BUT..... again I've NEVER had a problem with listening off my cell ph and I use that the most to stream from cell to car stereo bluetooth. (ITS A "MUST" THAT I BE ABLE TO DO THAT). 2- No error messages 3- Windows. I have two laptops, one with Win-7 Ultimate and the other much newer with Win-10 and both do the same thing in regard to not being able to listen. 4- On both laptops I use the website to log in. (I also have a Amazon Fire TV and will try the app on that tomorrow. 5- I use Chrome on both machines altho on my older machine I also have "Opera" and it does the same thing. I should mention that a day ago, I had my IP company upgrade my equip (modem & router) I went from a 30mp download & 5mp upload to 400mp download & 20mp upload and tonight, just before reading your reply.... it seems to work as its supposed to. I'm wondering if the connection with the slower speed had anything to cause this..... Before with my slow WiFi home signal it worked fine from my cell phone app (but it also connects to the apps and web from the cell ph data plan) FYI I use T-Mobile and its unlimited. I don't know what causes this on my PCs but as of this minute..... its working, or at least for now and the only thing that changed was my WiFi speed.

Back to square one....... I'm still having the problem. While you can't stream from only one device at a time..... I'm NOW finding that my saved "stations" play FINE...... but my saved "Albums" do not !!! I can switch to any saved station and its off and running (playing just fine) but when I go back to try and play an album.... it quits. This is unique to Pandora...... I'm giving consideration to switching another service as I like listening at home on my PC...... as well as on my cell (on my cell bluetooth to my car stereo) and again there is no problem for me listening to anything when I stream from my cell.... There are lot of other providers so there are a lot of choices and decisions. Just know you're NOT alone..... and its something wrong with Pandora (NOT your PC).
