Can you let me know if this is only happening with Firefox or with other browsers like Chrome? Can you also clarify if the counter appears to move forward but there is no sound or if it doesn't appear to play at all?
In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account. I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps that @AlyssaPandora has posted here.
