Sorry to hear this is happening for Firefox.  I moved your message over to an existing thread that I believe is similar to your experience: Sound Loss on Multiple Browsers Can you let me know if this is only happening with Firefox or with other browsers like Chrome? Can you also clarify if the counter appears to move forward but there is no sound or if it doesn't appear to play at all? In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account.
