If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
What is the make and model of the bluetooth device you are connecting to?
Does the music only stop when connected to your bluetooth device? Or does the music also stop on your computer after an ad plays whether or not you are connected to your bluetooth device?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
