Hello, Thanks for your quick reply. I began to gather the things you needed to help with the problem I'm having with Pandora not always shuffling all of the time when I request it. One thing was to start gathering the Voice History, so what I did was to erase the last 7 days of history so that there weren't be any commands I gave it in the past that weren't related to this problem, and I would start with a clean slate, so to speak. I also made sure both versions of Pandora and Alexa were current. Once I did these three things I told Alexa to "Shuffle my stations from Pandora" and it did so correctly and then told Alexa to Stop. All was good so far. Then I told Alexa to play one of my individual stations and the to stop and everything was still good, which is what I expected. I the told Alexa to shuffle my stations again and it did shuffle my stations, which was unexpected, so it's working fine now.
