The model and year of your Samsung TV?
Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
What kind of error message do you receive? Are you able to take a picture of the error?
Does the Pandora app appear to load on the screen?
If the app loads, does it stay open or closes?
If the app loads, does music appear to play but no sound?
