@Lbp54843 You shouldn't need any internet service to stream any of your downloaded content in Offline Mode. Have you tried manually turning Offline Mode on? To listen offline from a mobile device, you can use the following steps: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode on.
