Could you tell me a bit more about what's happening?
Does this occur when you attempt to listen to music on-demand while in a free Premium Access session?
Or, does this happen when you're listening to your stations?
Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and enabled a trace on your Pandora account in case we need to share this with our engineering team.
