Just reporting that this issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED!  My wife reminds me to turn my mobile data off so that Pandora cannot keep using it once I get home, but if she forgets too -- we keep having this enormous data usage due to Pandora continuing to run in the background.  It only does it on the Motorola phone, not on her Nord10.  Strange. ...
