I'm seeing this too. Already tried the basics. The speaker is linked to my Google Assistant and Google Home, and Pandora can see the speaker, but I get "Connection Failed" when I try to connect. I also get redirected to install the old Sonos app which isn't compatible with my Beam Gen 2. Model: Pixel 5, Sonos Beam Gen 2 Carrier: T-Mobile Android version (Settings > About Phone): 12 Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number): 2112.1 Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Wi-Fi Have you identified any other patterns or notable information? No issues connecting to the speaker with the Sonos app. Pandora works fine with the TV on the same Wi-Fi. I can also see the speaker on Fing. Unlike other providers, Pandora isn't available in the Sonos app.
