What is the make and model of your phone? Is this happening only on your phone? What happens when you open Pandora? Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)? Are you able to see the lyric preview but don't show when you tap on See all lyrics? Can you please take a screenshot of what you see and upload it on this thread?
