Hi @Jacline582 , I checked the account linked to your community profile and it looks like your profile is set to private. We need you to set your profile to public so we can get your listening hours, so, you will first need to set your Pandora profile to public. You can do that here. After that please check again and then you should be able to see the information. Let me know if you continue to have trouble after setting your profile as public.
