So my music that I put out on distrokid a couple of weeks ago is on every other platform that you can name but for some reason my artist name or none of my music has hit Pandora and I don't have a reason why it wouldn't. The artist name is Chloelle Bowen
We have experienced the same issue with our new release "High Street Roadhouse". It was released at 12 am EST today, Aug 8... We need to follow up with DistroKid...
Hi @Chloelle & @PeningoRiders! I've gone ahead and passed along your posts to our Care Team. They will reach out to both of you via the emails associated with your Pandora accounts. Please be on the lookout for their reply. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
I am having the same issue. only 1/3 of my releases I can find
I am experiencing the ame thing my music dates back to 6/2/2026 under the name Lajuana Jenkins-Douglas and I don’t see any of my music.
Hey @Chloelle, @Squeeza, and @Mzzjuan - I wanted to circle back and give you all an update on our release!
Our single 'High Street Roadhouse' finally populated into the Pandora ecosystem today. We originally got the same message that it was sitting in the Content Ops review queue.
Here is the loophole that worked for us to speed it up: We stayed highly active on our social media platforms and actually had the official @Pandora_amp account engage with our release day video! We sent them a polite DM thanking them for the support, provided our UPC/ISRC codes, and referenced the open support case number that Josh started for us in this thread.
Within a few days, the track was pushed live and immediately placed on the Fresh Cuts curated playlist! So, my advice is to ensure your metadata is flawless, utilize your support case numbers, and don't be afraid to professionally engage with the Pandora team on socials.
One quick tip for when your tracks do go live: You can't run a 'Featured Track' campaign in AMP until the song hits 10 organic spins and positive thumbs. We are currently rallying to get those initial thumbs up so the tool unlocks. In the meantime, we are running our Artist Audio Message.
Hang in there, your tracks will get through! If you want to check out how our track sounds or help us hit that 10-spin threshold with a thumbs up, the links are below. We would gladly return the favor when your releases go live!

Hi @Melly_N_B! I've shared your post with our Care Team for further review. They'll contact you at the email address linked to your Community account, so please keep an eye on your inbox for an update. We appreciate your patience while they look into this.
There are over 100,000 new releases every day. I can't imagine how much time it takes some time to sort through them all, especially when you're a first tier streaming service. It's hard when you have a new release and you're excited, but we must be patient.
Chloelle,
This is happening to many of us.
If your songs are 100% AI created it is likely they will never show up.
If they are only partially AI created (i.e. Lyrics are original or music or vocals are originals etc.) then they may eventually show up but not guaranteed to from what I understand.
Yeah.... equally frustrating. I've been back and forth with Pandora about it. About as much as they care to reveal transparency-wise is that they FINALLY found the album I'm missing and that it's with their curator team. I have NEVER had such delays with Pandora. 13 albums with them to date and they have always been my primary streamer to promote but at this point... an album that was supposed to release the beginning of June has gone 3 months as a no show on this platform and I'm to the point where I'm going to stop promoting Pandora altogether. It's not worth my time and effort if I can't release new music going forward. Amazon, Spotify and Apple can start to get all the attention instead. Grr.
Oh they definitely have it. That much they did 100% confirm. They just won't go into any further details as to the extreme delays to it being added when it was always prompt and on time so long as you submitted your releases no less than 2 weeks in advance.
It's just a really horrible business model and a steep drop off to customer support that absolutely no transparency or follow up beyond that is given. It's basically "Thanks for submitting, if we like it, we'll add it. If we don't, we aren't going to say squat about it."
