So my music that I put out on distrokid a couple of weeks ago is on every other platform that you can name but for some reason my artist name or none of my music has hit Pandora and I don't have a reason why it wouldn't. The artist name is Chloelle Bowen
Anyone else noticing songs taking longer to get added/approved on Pandora lately?
My newer releases seem to be taking quite a bit longer than they used to. I know turnaround times can vary, but I’m curious if this is happening across the board right now.
If you’ve submitted music recently, how long did it take before your song was available in AMP?
I used absolutely zero AI, yet the song is still not showing up.
Hey you guys my Album hasnt been released on Pandora yet i submitted to you guys store using distrokid my Artist name is John Wick 00 my Album name is Pain Dont Last For Forever its been 2 weeks and it hasnt made it to pandora can you guys help me get my project on Pandora ? Hello,
I’m having a similar problem. I've successfully distributed my music to Pandora in the past via DistroKid, but my new submission doesn’t seem to get propagated. It has been delivered other streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.) with no problems. The submission form that I used in a few times in the past to speed things up is no longer available
Could you please take a look? DistroKid UPC: 700978367203
Happy to provide any additional info.
Thank you

I had no issues with 13 previous albums, but I have an Xmas album, and two Sea Shanty Albums that have been missing for over 3 months and only been getting the run around and ghosted by support. I've been having to urge the listeners I had here over to other services at this point since they can't get them here.
Good luck.
I've been finding Pandora remarkably frustrating of late. I've been an established artist for a year under the name Shadow Cloud. I've had a number of albums released without any issues and had started building a steady following on the platform. No I'm over 3 months out from some releases and I've been having to urge followers here over to alternate platforms to be able to access the most current albums in their respective series. Sadly all I've gotten in the way of support has been the same generic rhetoric about support would reach out to me, that they've passed things along to another team and they would be in contact, after which I'm just utterly ghosted and left with no forward progress. Really kind of put off with the service at this point and the lack of customer service.

For a while it was a big run around between Pandora and DistroKid pointing fingers at one another at who was to blame with things being screwed up. Eventually DistroKid sorted out their issues and resubmitted and Pandora support confirmed seeing them and that they had noted the ticket and forwarded along to the Curation Team. Now sure... I get that the curation team listens and just doesn't approve. But that fact when you're an established artist for over a year now with albums already live... you'd think there'd be a certain benefit to allow the follow ups to said albums. Otherwise they're essentially promoting the loss of listeners who go to other services where they are widely accessible.
