I've noticed a featured track campaign of mine that was getting 9,500+ streams a day stopped showing streams since 5/6. It just says 0 from that point forward, and it has only been a featured track for 15 days. Regular streams for the song are updating. It's the campaign that isn't updating.

We’re aware of an issue where Featured Track campaign information may not be updating as expected. Our engineering team is actively investigating.
We want to assure everyone that your reports are being shared directly with the appropriate internal teams to help with the investigation. While we don’t have a timeline to provide just yet, the information you’ve shared is helping us better understand the scope and impact of the issue.
We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we work toward a resolution. We’ll continue providing updates in this thread as soon as more information becomes available.

I appreciate it being looked into, but it's going on 10 days where there has been no update to the stats. Any chance we can get an ETA of when it will be fixed?

The same is happening to me since May 6th @MariaDavis . Had a perfectly fine Featured Track going along for like 15 days and then all of sudden my data flatlines. However, when I go to the Catalog tab I do see streams on the track itself. I did find that if you scroll down further on the Campaign tab at the bottom there is a Live Content section. That does seem to be updating my campaign data there such as spins, thumbs up, thumbs down. I do have to say other platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music don't have anything even remotely close to what Pandora has here. So, when this stuff works it is great. I love the data. But my campaign data stopping along with the overall data stopping as of May 15th really needs to be fixed. Thanks.
