I want to be able to make music but i don't know what's the first step I should take to acheve my goal
All you got to do is find 2 to 3 musical instrumental, write and sing what you want and record it on instagram, youtube, or facebook... and there you have it you're making music. Good lock, the hardest part is getting starting.
Define your sound. Before you rush off and buy a microphone or an instrument and take lessons on "playing" when you don't know **ahem** about what catches your attention in the first place...what is THAT?
What is it? The beat? Drums with other striking instruments? Or just the drums up front and audible. Write that down. Maybe it's the singing or the content of the lyrics? Who cares about poetry! Okay...not a lyrics person. So you want to dance? Drop the beat DJ! No? Don't want to dance? So you're a music to enhance the mood type? Study Beats! Or maybe you just like the sound of people blowing into things...Symphonic & sophisticated classical or the spontaneous vibe associated with Blue Note Jazz?
Know what makes you gravitate. Understand what turns you off. Define and pin point by food references if you don't know the correct music terms.
Now Go. Do your homework.
These are all great suggestions! @Brokenheart, what music/bands inspire you?
The band inspires me is falling in reverse
You can sing other musician's songs (you need to give them credit) or, if
you write your own songs, then start with one song. Meet with a local
recording studio or producer to see costs. The most economical is one
instrumentalist and you.

It came naturally for me in my teens, started as a writer,I wrote everything in my life,as I was listening to different kind of music how its written,I decided to revamp my writings into songs, instruments came later,I taught myself to read music, play keyboard, guitars and later DJ turntables,I can sing but im not strong in that area and now im learning the dos and don't in music,Im independent artist with ups and downs, still going strong.
As for you....you do you,try and learn everything, from instruments, learning music, writing lyrics, there's lots of tools and music agency out there, they can help you and most importantly have fun! Goodluck!
