How do I be a music artist?

I want to be able to make music but i don't know what's the first step I should take to acheve my goal

All you got to do is find 2 to 3 musical instrumental, write and sing what you want and record it on instagram, youtube, or facebook... and there you have it you're making music. Good lock, the hardest part is getting starting.

make music that (as corny as it sounds) feels like you. thats the first step. worry about publishing later.
