My catalog dropped massively on October 1st, and each day it is getting less and less. I have a new album release that is a month old, and the image shows the build of one of the songs tanking considerably, which is also a song that has been on campaign for about a week. It was climbing, hitting 7K in a day and then dropping to 225? This should not be happening. I'm seeing this across nearly 90% of my catalog. I have seen other people mentioning the same thing, too. In the graph you can see the beautiful upward build, then it drops off suddenly. Someone, please look into this. This is not just me it is happening to, many artists are experiencing the same thing.

Hi,
I’m seeing a very unusual sudden drop in Pandora AMP for my artist profiles Nikko Sunset / Golden Static.
On September 30, the account showed approximately:
On October 1, it suddenly dropped to:
The drop affected almost the entire catalog at the same time. Until September 30, the artist had been trending strongly upward, with most tracks showing growth.
What makes this even more unusual is that Featured Track data still shows activity for October 1, so I’m trying to understand whether this is a reporting/aggregation issue, delayed data processing, or a real change in radio distribution.
Has anyone else seen a similar sudden drop starting on October 1?
Thank you.
Hi @NikkoSunset, welcome to the community!
I've shared your post with our Care Team for further review. They'll contact you at the email address linked to your Pandora account, so please keep an eye on your inbox for an update.
We appreciate your patience while they look into this.
Thank you, I appreciate the quick response. I’ll keep an eye on my inbox.
I have exactly the same thing happening across my catalog. Like there is a reporting error or something.
Thanks for confirming. That makes me think this may be a broader AMP reporting issue. Hopefully Pandora can confirm and backfill the missing data soon.
i am seeing this same issue starting oct 1, my signals have been pushing extremely strong scince last quarter and the listeners are really diggin my art, ive been laying my catalog foundation thru new music for months to give the fans what they enjoy, today i feel like a balloon that all the air got let out and im really depressed after all the dedication to work and invest my time to bring this level of content.. any idea whats happening to our stats?
Hi, just following up here — I still haven’t received any response from the Care Team yet.
The issue is continuing and has become even more severe. My daily streams dropped from 75,240 on September 30 to just 6,994 on October 2, which is approximately a 91% drop in only two days.
Listeners also dropped from 47,888 to 5,377 during the same period, an approximately 89% decrease.
This is affecting my overall catalog, so I wanted to check whether there are any updates regarding the case. A ~91% drop across my catalog in only two days does not appear to be normal listener fluctuation
Thank you again for your help.

Still seeing my streams across my discography tank to about 10% of what it was. This is not normal. Can someone please look into this? I am not the only person seeing this happen.
Yes two of my catalogs have dropped about 80% or more in the last 3 days and YES, it started exactly on October 1st.
It's so wild that my graph looks almost identical to yours. It was starting to go up (the trend was starting to go up) and then off a cliff. Same pattern.
Same here Maria. Went from about 14,000 spins on September 30th down to 5,000 and change on the 1st, 3,500 the next day, and for October 3rd showing only about 2,500 and change.
It's definitely a shock.
Would be great if it turned out it was just an internal glitch and streams actually did occur and it will repopulate.
Regardless it appears we are not alone.
Unfortunately, I’ve been trying to contact Pandora for the past 4 days, but I still haven’t received any response. At this point, I honestly don’t know what else to say or what more I can do. I really hope someone from Pandora can clarify what is happening.......
If this really is how Pandora works, and this isn’t a bug — if the algorithm can destroy the performance of your entire catalog overnight — then I honestly don’t think it’s worth investing time, money, and effort into the platform anymore.
Pandora has been extremely disappointing.

This issue started for me around the end of September last year. At first, I thought it was just an algorithm change affecting my account. My streams were averaging around 10,000 per day, but they suddenly dropped to 1,000, then to 500, and finally down to 250–300 streams per day. This has impacted my entire catalog ever since, resulting in a drastic 85% to 90% drop overall.Up until now, I haven't been able to find a fix. I did contact support last year regarding a featured campaign data error, but this issue is still there. I hope this can be fixed so that I can get my listeners back.
On the other hand, I also think this is due to the massive amount of AI music being uploaded to all platforms. It has completely ruined the algorithm for many artists. Real artists who spend time and effort making songs are getting affected by this AI slop. Algorithms have changed drastically, and releases are getting delayed. If platforms gave priority to real human artists, I think these kinds of issues would be reduced significantly.
I had a very, very similar thing happen between October 1st and October 3rd as well. Altogether about an 80% drop after the catalog had been building a bit for about a week.
