Our band released an album via DistroKid about a month ago (will be on 9/26/26) yet our music has not appeared on Pandora yet. I know Pandora takes a bit longer than other music streaming platforms but it has never taken this long. How can I ensure nothing is wrong that needs our attention to fix it?
@DownhillRunner @GemLamar - I understand your concerns. In the future, if you are not seeing your Distrokid-delivered releases available on Pandora, please send an email to [email protected]. They will be able to look into this further and flag the release for review with our Content Ops team ✌️
Hi @DownhillRunner I've gone ahead and passed along your posts to our Care Team.
They will reach out to both of you via the emails associated with your Pandora accounts. Please be on the lookout for their reply.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Because distro kid is screwy i know cause I use them too and I hate it tbh im thinking about making my own song distribution company
Hi @Brycesavage I understand that frustration and why you would like to start your own distribution company.
That said, if you would like to switch distributors in the meantime, I recommend checking out other distributors listed here: https://www.ampplaybook.com/independent-artist-submissions
Hope this helps.
I use DistroKid. May I know what is going on?
@GemLamar I think we narrowed it down to Pandora just taking longer than ever before for our music to be curated and released on their platform. Previously, multiple releases of our music would be released via DistroKid and appear on Pandora within just a few days. This time around, it's been a month and still nothing.

Thanks Chris!
We'll shoot an email there.
