A white screen when trying to add followers

I need help with me trying to add followers. Even if it is someone who has a public account the screen will be white and won't show up at all. Life I've tried to add someone who is in the Pandora community it doesn't work. I type the exact same account name they have with capitals and spaces of there is and it will never show up it just stays a white screen!(ToT)

@Zeldalover24 Sorry for the trouble you are having following another user.

In order to locate their Pandora account, you will need to search using the email address their account is registered with - not their community username.

Hey @AdamPandora  my friend @DarkstalkerLS  needs help with following me this is what I said to him "Hahaha so basically go to your profile it will show under your profile icon how many thumbs you have and etc‌😄‌ then it will show followers and following tap on following and press add friends then input my email (at the bottom of this post) then don't discard the keyboard press search aka the magnifying glass on the keyboard it will show that person's name tap it and then you will be following me!(ToT)   (^-^)/" and he said :its not showing up for some reason"
