Why am I hearing ads for an area I do not live in? I see no way to tell Pandora I do not live there anymore.

I have moved but am still receiving advertisements for events where I use to live. How can I get my location where I live changed?

Please also make note of the exact date and time it plays on your account.

I know I have to receive ads, but mine are related to AZ. I did live there, but now reside in PA. Is there a way to correct or change?

I live in wichita, ks and always have.  I get ads for kansas city, ks/mo. The zip code has always been correct!!  The zip code change is NOT the issue it is you "pandora"!

The next time an ad from Kansas City plays on your account, please send over:

  • a screenshot of the ad
    the exact date and time that ad played on your account

Please make sure to provide all of the information requested above, otherwise we won't be able to look into this.
