Ads: Wrong City

Why am I hearing ads for an area I do not live in? I see no way to tell Pandora I do not live there anymore.

I want to update my listening area. I am continually getting "Commercials" for the area in another state where I used to live. How can I update so it knows the area/state I am now in?

You likely need to update the zip code we have on file for your account.

Trying to change my zip code on my account. WTH why so difficult. Ads aren’t relevant & a waste of marketing $.

seems to be no way you can edit account info & change your zip code

You should be able to update edit your account. and change your zip code. 

To update your zip code on a computer:

Click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. Under Account you can make any necessary changes to your registration information, including your zip code.

Be sure to save your changes when you're done.

To update your zip code on a mobile device:

• First launch the Pandora app.
• Select the Profile tab and open the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
• Go to Account.
• Update your zip code as necessary
• Save your changes when you're done.
