Error message when trying to create an account

I did the invites to 5 emails but they can't create an account and gives them this error message:

Sorry, we're unable to accept your registration.
Thank you for your interest in Pandora!

I am also having same problem. Cant register my daughters. Please advise.

@mmcgrath227 The Pandora service is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children under that age to open or have their own accounts for the Pandora service.

You can register your child for a Pandora account on their 13th birthday.

If your children are already thirteen or older and are still unable to register their accounts, please reply back to this thread and let me know.

Im having the same problem, it won't let me, tells me the same 

Sorry, we're unable to accept your registration 

and it wont even let me try again.

@Vicmar-1 It looks like you already have a Pandora account registered under this address.

Rather than trying to create a new account, you can simply sign in using your existing email address and password.

If you continue to run into issues signing in, you will need to contact our support team directly for further assistance here.

Hi,

I've had the same pandora account for so many years now. I recently tried to log in on my laptop, but now it says that my password is invalid. I sent a notification to my email that's linked for resetting my password, and when I check my mailbox, there's no email notification from Pandora. When I tried to to "sign up" with the same email information, I'd get that email:

"Sorry, we're unable to accept your registration.
Thank you for your interest in Pandora!"
