Error message when trying to update email address

I need to put my personal email address on my account and take off my work email address.

Hi @trey947 you should be able to update your email address either from the web or your mobile device. 

From the web: 

Visit pandora.com on your computer and signing in.

Next, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. Under Account you can make any necessary changes to your registration information, including your email address and password.

Be sure to save your changes when you're done.

From a mobile device: 

  1. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Then tap on the Settings gear in the top right corner and select Account. From here you can change all your registration information (including your email address, zip code and password).
  3. Make sure to tap Save when you're finished. 

Note: When you are updating your password, you will need to enter the old password to confirm the changes. Only then will the new password take effect.

I want to update my email from my work email to a personal email. But the account page is not letting me. After I put my password in, I keep getting a notice box to close and verify my information. Help!

@mike1234321 That likely means a Pandora account already exists under the email address you are attempting to udpate your other account with.

Apparently I am the latest in a long string of folks that cannot change their email address.  Please put me in the queue for a support contact or fix the bug.  Clearly there is an issue at Pandora.

In case anyone is having this issue still, I am only having it when using Chrome, it seems to work fine in Firefox and other browsers.

I'm having this issue (and for the same reason ... need to change email from work address to personal).  Tried to use different browsers as @datlacerdoe had suggested but, no joy.  Tried Chrome, Firefox, IE - always got into that endless loop that @cm49933 described.

@AdamPandora can you help me too?

I followed the above steps and get a message to verify my password AGAIN.  When I put my password again, I get this message:  Please close and verify the information in the form.  But it doesn't close or send me anywhere.
