I am having this EXACT SAME ISSUE. I need to change my email address (but I **can** still access my old email). When I make the change, the system prompts me to enter my password and I end up in a viscous cycle. HELP!!!

Hello cm49933, I am having the exact same problem. My Pandora account is paired with an old email account that I no longer have, and when I try to update my email, I keep having the same experience that you are describing. Did this problem get solved for you?

I am having the same issue. I have tried IE (won't load pandora at all), Chrome (Close submit window and try again), Firefox (Close submit windows and try again), Mobile (android, the email address is already in use)
I tried to login with the new email address and pandora says it does not exist. I tried to a password reset with the new email and never received the reset email from padora.

I see how to change my email address in my settings which I did but when I enter the existing password (required) to make the change, it gives me this error message:
An account already exists with that email address.Please close and verify the information in the form.
I don't want to create a new account since I like my stations.
Suggestions?
