Forgot username and password

I had to get a new phone it's a new Samsung Galaxy a32 my old phone doesn't work I'm trying to get my Pandora account information I am a premium upgrade for Pandora subscription I just wanted to see about getting my user ID and my password

I somehow got signed out of my account when I turned my phone off and it says My email address is not registered.
