@Stevekuhn Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
To clarify, when you tap on the app to launch it, does it never actually load, and sends you back to your home screen instead?
Or are you only having issues with the app accepting your password and email so you can log in?
- What is the make and model of your phone (and carrier, if applicable)?
- Is there an error message when you attempt to launch the app? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
