Aloha!

man I’ve been a pandora subscripter since middle school! I’ve also put in a lot of a lot of a lot time into thumbs up and thumbs down and I used to be allowed two offline stations which has always done so well whenever I’m camping or just driving around our incredible island. However, we just has a hurricane Lala come through and hit us hard! We had no electricity for 12 days which meant no internet and I can’t find where the option went or why I no longer have access to offline stations! Can someone please help me understand what happened and what I need to do in order to gain access to the two offline stations please and thank you! Aloha

Hi @TCCornwell808

Welcome to Community!

Thanks for posting, and I’m sorry to hear about the impact from the hurricane. I hope you and your community are doing well as things recover.

I took a look at your Pandora account and can confirm that you’re currently upgraded to Pandora Premium, which does include offline listening. Since you’re not seeing the offline options you previously used, I’d like to get a better idea of what you’re seeing on your device.

Could you please let me know:

  • The make and model of your mobile device
  • The operating system version
  • The Pandora app version
  • What happens when you try to access your offline content, or whether the Offline Mode option appears to be missing entirely

Please also share a screenshot of what you see in the Pandora app where you would normally access Offline Mode. You can attach a screenshot directly here on Community when replying from a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include screenshots/picture though email.

Thanks for the help!
